Can the Voucher be delivered to me, So I can give it personally?

Absolutely! You can select manual print as your delivery option. Not only is this FREE, but you will be able to print your voucher instantly! You will have your gift to give when you choose. Great not only for last minute gifts, but for anytime! Give your voucher the way you want to!


NB: If this is a Xmas gift, select "FOR XMAS DAY" option at checkout and we will put a SPECIAL STICKER on your delivered parcel, telling them "FOR XMAS DAY ONLY- PLEASE PUT ME UNDER THE TREE". We are sure your recipient will get the hint, and they will have a lovely little box to put under the tree and look forward to opening on Xmas Day with everyone else! DON'T WORRY about your recipient opening their gift early, we will make sure they know what it's for!!


Purchasing a Wish or Voucher

A Wish is any of the products or services available for purchase on the iWishiWish website. When you complete the purchase of a Wish you become legally bound by these terms and conditions that your agree to during the purchase process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. As Wishes are provided at the home of the recipient it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the address / region information is correct.


Refunds and Exchanges

All Wishes and iWish vouchers are subject to an expiry date after which time the unique identifying number on the Wish or Voucher will no longer be recognised by the system. Wishes and Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Under certain circumstances (such as unsuitability of a Wish for a recipient) we may at our discretion offer an alternative Wish that is the same price or less and available in the recipients region. Only a single exchange will be allowed and the Voucher or Wish being exchange must have at least 14 days validity on it.


Pricing

iWishiWish reserves the right to change prices without notice. GST has been applied by registered suppliers where applicable. Prices quoted do not include packaging and freight options. These options will be shown to you during the checkout process.


Lost Vouchers and Wishes

If a Voucher or Wish is received by the recipient and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement sent to them via email.

Conditions for replacement of lost Wishes or Vouchers.

  1. The voucher must have at least 14 days remaining validity not yet redeemed
  2. The name of the person who bought the Wish or Voucher or the original order number must be provided.

Expiry Dates

Every Wish and Voucher has an expiry date which will be printed on the Voucher. iWishiWish do not provide ongoing reminders or warnings to the recipient that the vouchers are going to expire therefore it is up to the recipient to ensure their gift is claimed prior to expiry. No extensions are provided.
