We cut meat direct from the bone daily like all good Butchers from the DAYS WHEN . This way we can control the Quality of meat supplied to you and cut your meat order the way you like . Also all our Beef is Pasture feed from the Darling Downs, in my opinion simply the best Beef in Australia. The Cowra Lambs we use are not Trade Lambs. (as used by others) Cowra Lambs are very young lambs. Trade lambs range in dressed weight around 22 kg to 23 kg our Lambs have a maximum dressed weight of 18 kg ensuring sweet tender meat. To ensure maximum freshness all our Chicken products are delivered to us fresh daily. We simply refuse to use Chicken products, which have been shipped frozen from interstate! PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT.
