Full DescriptionThe Big Brother program is a supervised 7 day a week program incorporating Nutrition Consultation 5 with Wellness Coaching. Included is 21 hours of personal training for the week. A PT will be with you 3 hours a day you will have Nutrition consults and Wellness Coaching almost daily for the week. This program is to ensure you have all areas covered so you will succeed and mosy importantly continue with what you have leanrt over the week. Your trainers/ coach are reliable, an educator, mentor and motivator. They will make training interesting and different. This service is to your door!You will be required to complete a pre exercise questionnaire to ensure your safety to exercise. You select the week you want to start. We build a profile and then search for the best trainer. Our cancellation policy is strict and your session is forfeited if you cancel 24 hours or less from confirmed day and time and/ or subsequent sessions. All clients are to use the Big Brother program gift within 3 months of purchase. The program is completed within 7 days from the morning you start to exactly 7 days later. |
