This is for one session, for one person.

Let them have an expert in the business of personal training who is fully qualfied, experienced and registered with Fitness Australia! The trainer is reliable, an educator, mentor and motivator. They will make training interesting and diferent. This service is straight to their door!
They will be required to complete a pre exercise questionairre to ensure safety to exercise. They get to select the day and time and we place a trainer to their needs, we build a profile and then search for the best trainer.

Our cancellation policy is strict and the session is forfeited if you cancel 24 hours or less from confirmed day and time.

All clients are to use the 1 session gift within 3 months of purchase.
