This 2 hour package is an empowering experience that will help you understand your body and self image issues to overcome them and learn ways to succeed.

The package covers self-esteem, self confidence and positive self image. Our fully trained Self-Image consultant will provide practical tips and tools to gain contentment and happiness and positive self talk.

This package is for one person and includes a 2 hour consultation with our consultant as well as notes and your own workbook.

Package cannot be redeemed as cash or exchanged for other services.

Additional Travel Fee may apply for areas outside of Adelaide CBD metropolitan areas.
