Full DescriptionWe can help you tailor your event towards specific objectives or simply get everyone together for a fun social time. We will talk to you to understand your specific needs and goals and carefully tailor the event to achieve them.Suggested menu for Corporate cooking class: Lamb Koftas with coriander-garlic relish * * * Smoked salmon and pappadum mille feuille with soya vinaigrette * * * Pink roasted Harvey beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce Rosemary potatoes, seasonal vegetables * * * Tirami-su with Khalua and chocolate splitters Your team cooking class can be held at a venue of your choice such as your office or a hotel. Your Team Cooking class will feature the following: *Your own experienced, professional chef to facilitate the event *Your participants will be organised into teams *A head-chef can be appointed for each team. The most junior member of the team is often appointed to be the head-chef as part of the team building and to create stronger trust between managers and staff,. *Teams will engage in a competitive team cook-off with your chef to judge the winning team. *Please feel free to request other creative features for the event *We take all care to ensure that everyone is involved. If you advise us beforehand we can modify our menu to suit vegetarians and cater to those with special dietary requirements.
