We plan and tailor the menu to your needs and deliver all ingredients fresh to your home. You can expect personable and impeccable service before, during and after your dinner party. Our personal chef will take all the weight off your shoulders and ensure your meal service runs smoothly. Your sumptuous 4-course menu prepared from the freshest ingredients will be designed to meet your tastes and subject to seasonal availability. It's the perfect dining experience for anyspecial occasion! We arrive 2 hours early to prepare the ingredients and cook a sumptuous meal we promise to be memorable. We serve drinks and canapes as your guests arrive in the lounge room or other entertaining area of your choice. When everyone has arrived and ready we serve the entree, main and dessert at a relaxed pace. Your 4 course menu could include include dishes like the following but we are more than happy to discuss with you your exact requirements: Canape-Lamb koftas & Tsaziki, Antipasti, Entree- Seafood risotto with crispy fried leek, Main- Seared pork medallions in creamy mushroom sauce, linguini duet and seasonal vegetables, Dessert- Vanilla poached peach with rose syrup and amaretti ice cream After dinner, your personal chef will package all leftover food to place in your fridge and clean up to ensure your kitchen is left tidy. The Dinner for Four package includes: *Menu planned and tailored to your needs *All ingredients delivered fresh *Dining area setup *A fully-qualified and highly-experienced personal chef to prepare cook and serve the meal *All cooking utensils *4-course meal: Canapes, entree, main & dessert *Printed menus for each guest *Leftover food packaged and placed in fridge *All cleaning and washing up completed Please note: Beverages are not included. Tablecloths, napkins, table decorations, plates, cutlery and glasses are not included Requirement: a small space in the fridge to refrigerate meat, fish and other perishables.
