Unlike Supermarkets we do not use meat from vacuum bags, which may have been in cold storage for many weeks. We cut meat direct from the bone daily like all good Butchers from the DAYS WHEN . This way we can control the Quality of meat supplied to you and cut your meat order the way you like .

Also all our Beef is Pasture feed from the Darling Downs, in our opinion simply the best Beef in Australia.

To ensure maximum freshness all our Chicken products are delivered to us fresh daily. We simply refuse to use Chicken products, which have been shipped frozen from interstate!
