Have an expert in the business of personal training who is fully qualfied, experienced and registered with Fitness Australia! The trainer is reliable, an educator, mentor and motivator. They will make training interesting and diferent. This service is to their door!
They will be required to complete a pre exercise questionairre to ensure your safety to exercise. They select the day and time and we place a trainer to their needs, we build a profile and then search for the best trainer.
Our cancellation policy is strict and the session will be forfeited if cancelled 24 hours or less from confirmed day and time.

The 3 sessions are to be completed within 3 weeks from the initial session.
