Full DescriptionHow it works?Once a voucher is redeemed, you will have a menu consultation with the chef for any dietary and food preferences. On the day of the class our experienced Chef will arrive prior to the cooking party with all equipment and fresh menu ingredients from the chosen menu, and set up a cooking station. Once your guests arrive your chef demonstrators introduce themselves and outline what is to be achieved from the day. A sample Menu: (4 courses) may include: Canape: Moroccan spiced lamb loin with guacamole Entree: Fettuccine with smoked salmon, asparagus and chives Main: Chicken breast in parmesan-egg crust with cous-cous and tomato confit Dessert: French apple tarte with cointreau cream What this package includes: * High-quality chefs apron and printed menu and recipes for each guest to keep * All ingredients freshly delivered * Tasting of the above menu * All cooking utensils supplied * Expert chef facilitator to make for a memorable cooking party. Venue: This experience is conducted at your own home or any venue that you have organised i.e. bowling clubs, hotels etc. Please notify us of your preferred location at the time of booking. Session Length: Classes are run for approx four hours. For lunch parties, we recommend starting at 11am and for dinner parties we recommend starting at 6pm. Please book well in advance of your preferred date. Please make sure you are at the arranged venue at least half an hour before start time of party. Get ready to have some fun with your friends and learn some great tricks of the trade.....and to top it off, enjoying the delicious end result!!
