Full DescriptionCooking class parties fuel fantastic social events.Nothing beats a meal cooked using your own hands with friends guided by an expert chef. It is an experience nobody should miss. How it works? Once a voucher is redeemed, you will have a menu consultation with the chef for any dietary and food preferences. On the day: Chef will arrive prior to the cooking party with all equipment and fresh menu ingredients from the chosen menu, then the chef will set up a cooking station. Our experienced chef demonstrators introduce themselves and outline what is to be achieved from the day. Sample Menu: (4 courses) Canape: Seared Rare Roast Beef With Grana Padano and Balsamic glaze Entree:Poached fish fillet With wilted Spinach and lemon beurre blanc Main: Marinade Prawns Israeli Couscous and Summer vegetables Salad Dessert: Pear and Almond frangipane tart What this package includes: * High-quality chefs apron and printed menu booklet for each guest to keep * All ingredients freshly delivered * All cooking utensils supplied * Expert chef facilitator to make for a memorable cooking party. Venue: This experience is conducted at your own home or any venue that you have organised i.e. bowling clubs, hotels etc. Please notify us of your preferred location at the time of booking. Session Length: Classes are run for approx four hours. For lunch parties, we recommend starting at 11am and for dinner parties we recommend starting at 6pm. Please book well in advance of your preferred date. Please make sure you are at the arranged venue at least half an hour before start time of party.
