Sumptuous 4-course meal prepared from fresh ingredients A meal prepared by our world-class chef will make your romantic dinner unique and special. We prepare a 4-course meal to restaurant standards. Personal & impeccable service: You can expect personable and impeccable service before, during and after your romantic dinner. We serve drinks and canapes as your guest arrives. This can be done in your lounge room, balcony, back yard or in another entertaining area. When your guest is ready to sit, we serve the entree, main and dessert at a relaxed pace. Our personal chef will take all the weight off your shoulders and ensure your meal service runs smoothly. An example and depending on your personal preferences, your menu could include: Canape - sesame scented prawns with citrus dressing Entree - Oven baked Portobello Mushroom with roast Capsicum, Persian Feta Cheese & Balsamic Sauce Main - Sumac Lamb loin with Israeli Couscous, winter vegetables and Spicy confit tomatoes Dessert - Saffron and vanilla sugared Pear with brandy Anglise and roasted pistachio Your four-course menu will be designed to meet your tastes and seasonal availability. It's the perfect dining experience for any romantic or special occasion! After dinner, your personal chef will package all leftover food to place in your fridge and clean up to ensure your kitchen is left tidy. Your personal chef for the night includes: *Menu planned and tailored to your needs *All ingredients delivered fresh *Dining area setup *A fully-qualified and highly-experienced personal chef to prepare cook and serve the meal *All cooking utensils *4-course meal: Canapes, entree, main & dessert *Printed menus for each guest *Leftover food packaged and placed in fridge *All cleaning and washing up completed Beverages: None included. You will need to provide your own. Requirement: a small space in the fridge to refrigerate meat, fish, dairy etc. Please Note: Table Setting is not included. Reviews Definitely 5 big stars for this one! What a great night! We laughed so much, ate the most exquisite food and did this all at home, in our trackies while the kids were asleep! My wife was ecstatic and really relaxed because the kids were right here, yet we were being served world class cuisine made in our very own kitchen and the best part was we didn't have to make any effort with anything, including dressinng up!!
