Full DescriptionMBTI is the most widely used personality profile in history. MBTI describes individual differences within a personality type and allows you to explore how these qualities determine the way you perceive the world and come to conclusions about what you have seen.This session, conducted by phone, will carefully describe psychological type theory, the process of comparing "reported" and "self-estimate" type and how you might verify and clarify "best-fit" type. You will receive your MBTI Step II Profile Report and the, recently revised, 40 page Guide to Understanding MBTI results which is part of the ethical and professional use of the instrument. I am a professionally qualified practitioner and am registered with the Australian Psychological Society and strictly adhere to their guidelines. The MBTI is a powerful tool to help you understand yourself, and how you interact with others and what this means for success for you in your business, in your personal relationships, in school or in your job. This can be provided to any location in Australia, provided you have: 1. Internet access 2. Landline for phone conversation 3. Postal address to receive information package 4. Email address to receive the MBTI Profile Report Internet access: The first step will be for you to complete an on line questionnaire. I will provide you with a web address, a login and password. The questionnaire will take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete, or slightly longer. The questionnaire is in English and requires you to have a good comprehension of the English language. Postal Address: When you have completed the questionnaire on line, I will post to you an information package which will be the basis for our telephone consultation - the debrief of the MBTI Personality Profile. Landline: We will have a telephone consultation that will last for about an hour, during which I will explain to you the various aspects of the profile and you will have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Email address: During the telephone consultation, I will email the Profile Report to you. You can feel reassured that this is an extremely effective way of conducting this form of personality profiling.
