These are all PHONE CONSULTATIONS, anywhere in Australia and from a landline to a landline, so you must have access to a landline.
What is Wellness? It's the best you can be emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually is really what we strive for! Your Wellness Coach will concentrate on the physical side and if other areas improve thats a bonus. We explore 8 categories in life's areas. We then create a vision and set goals. This structure and format will get you changing your behaviours to achieve your welnness goals. This coaching is delivered in 5 coaching sessions. The first is an hour phone conversation completing your wellbeing assessment. There are 4 follow up 30 minute sessions exploring all areas of life. Your vision and goals are extremely important in acheiving wellness. You must have a landline in Australia and our strict cancellation policy is forfiet of sessions if you cancel 24 hours or less of confirmed appointment time.
