Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin & International music with dance movements, which creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! You don't need to know how to dance. Your employees are in for an hour of fun, laughter and burning lots of calories! What better way to motivate your staff and share some laughs in the workplace than with Zumba!

Our qualified, experienced Zumba instructor will come to your workplace or other public venue (extra charges apply) for a Zumba Class at Work.

What's included:
*Our Zumba classes are 1 hour long and are led by our Zumba qualified, experienced instructor;
*Your employees will participate in a warm-up, Zumba workout and cool-down;
* Price is for up to 30 participants (OR keep it small and private, the decision is yours!);
* Introduction to basic, fun and easy to follow Zumba moves incorporating Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Belly dance, Bollywood and more!
(NB: Level of instruction can be tailored to needs of group.)
*Participants should wear comfortable clothing which allows easy movement and sneakers or soft soled shoes.
